About the Role
This is an opportunity to lead an established data software business, servicing complex industries, including infrastructure, energy, utilities, engineering and environmental technology, through its next stage of technical and commercial evolution.
This is a senior role for an experienced technology leader who can combine commercial thinking with product and engineering leadership, bringing together teams around a shared vision while ensuring products continue to evolve in line with customer needs and business priorities.
This is a broad technical and product leadership position as you'll work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions, balancing strategic planning with operational delivery and providing clear direction to multidisciplinary teams.

You'll be responsible for defining priorities, shaping the product roadmap, improving ways of working and ensuring the business is well positioned for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap.
- Translate business objectives into clear product and technology priorities.
- Drive collaboration between technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure products continue to deliver value for customers whilst supporting commercial objectives.
- Improve delivery processes and organisational effectiveness.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative culture across multiple teams.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy and execution.
- Provide coaching, leadership and direction to managers and technical specialists.

About You
We're interested in experienced leaders who combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution. You'll ideally bring:
- Enterprise B2B SaaS product leadership experience within complex, technical platforms, in technically, complex industries such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, engineering, environmental technology
- Experience leading product integrations
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- A track record of delivering product strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of modern software architecture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
