Head of Product – SaaS |Hybrid, 2 days onsite| High-Growth Scale-Up
We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS scale-up entering a pivotal stage of its journey. With strong investor commitment and preparations underway for a future Series B, the business is now focused on building new products that will transform how organisations communicate directly with their customers.
They've validated the problem, built early traction, and strengthened their foundations - now they need a Product Leader to define the long-term vision, scale the team, and lead product strategy through their next phase of growth.
What's in it for you?
- A Blank Canvas (with real backing) - No rigid processes or legacy blockers. You'll set the product vision, own direction, and shape how Product operates.
- High-Impact Leadership Role - Join the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the CEO, CTO, Lead Architect, and a newly appointed Engineering Manager.
- Scale-Up Momentum - The team has been rebuilt with a focus on trust, collaboration, and delivery. The foundations are strong - now they need strategic product leadership.
- Huge Market Potential - Their platform sits in a space with massive demand, solving critical issues around reliability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
