Job Description
As Head of Product Growth, you will engineer Aios Medical's viral growth engine to scale from 100,000 to 10 million customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will transform the referral program into a high-velocity system, owning the 30-Day K Factor and leading a dedicated team of engineers and designers to build a distribution-first product.

What You Will Do
- Architect and iterate on viral loops and referral systems to increase the 30-Day K Factor from 0.08 to 0.30+.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to ship product experiments daily across all surfaces.
- Own the product growth stack and analytics to track complex user behaviors from purchase to referral activation.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of product growth experience in high-growth D2C companies or as a founder of a viral social app.
- Deep technical understanding of consumer loops, attribution modeling, and high-velocity experimentation frameworks.
- Maniacal focus on metrics and analytics, combined with a strong sense of consumer taste and product design.
