Head of Product (IAM Workforce Identity) London / WFH to £140k
Are you an experienced Product Leader with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) looking to build and launch a market leading product from the ground up?
This is a rare opportunity to join a global leader in Computer Vision, AI and biometric identity, whose technology protects governments, critical infrastructure and some of the world's largest enterprises against identity fraud, deepfakes and sophisticated cyber threats.
Their AI powered identity platform is trusted by organisations ranging from homeland security agencies and border control programmes to financial institutions, retailers and critical national infrastructure. With ambitious growth plans, they're now investing heavily in a next generation Workforce Identity platform.

Your Role:
As Head of Product, you'll take ownership of a brand new Workforce Identity product, leading it from strategy through to successful market launch. This is a highly visible, hands on role where you'll work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to define product vision, validate customer needs and deliver a best-in-class identity solution.
Initially you'll be an individual contributor with significant autonomy, shaping product direction and making key commercial decisions. As the product grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the product function.
This is an opportunity to define a product from zero-to-one, taking it from concept to commercial success.
About You:
- You have strong Product Management experience within Workforce Identity, IAM or CIAM
- You have experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar
- You've successfully launched a customer facing product from 0-1, taking it from strategy through to market
- You're commercially minded and enjoy balancing customer needs with product vision
- You thrive in fast paced, scale-up environments where you can make a significant impact
- You're equally comfortable defining product strategy and getting into the detail of delivery
