As we continue to evolve our proprietary technology platform, Cosmos, we're looking for a visionary and commercially driven Head of Product Management to shape the next generation of customer engagement, marketing intelligence, data and AI-powered experiences.
This is a rare opportunity to define the future of a mission-critical global platform that sits at the heart of our business, powering experiences for millions of consumers and supporting teams across our international network.
You'll establish world-class product management disciplines, build a clear and commercially focused roadmap, and lead a growing product function that delivers innovative, scalable and customer-centric solutions across our internal, B2B and B2C ecosystems.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, engineering, operations, data, commercial and client-facing teams, you'll help define how TLC leverages technology, data and AI to create competitive advantage, improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and consumers.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can think long-term while delivering meaningful impact today.
In this role, you'll:
- Build a product-led culture across TLC Worldwide.
- Deliver a clear, prioritised and commercially aligned roadmap.
- Accelerate the integration of AI, automation and data-driven capabilities.
- Increase adoption and value realisation across internal and client-facing products.
- Develop a high-performing Product Management team that scales with the business.
- Position Cosmos as a strategic competitive advantage for TLC globally.
What you'll be doing:
Shape the Product Vision
- Define and own the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for Cosmos.
- Translate business priorities into a clear product strategy and investment plan.
- Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities and customer needs that drive innovation.
- Lead the evolution of capabilities across AI, data, marketing intelligence and customer engagement.
- Balance immediate business requirements with long-term platform scalability and growth.
Build a High-Performing Product Function
- Establish robust product management frameworks, governance and best practices.
- Develop and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, customer focus and continuous improvement.
- Embed product thinking and customer-centric decision-making across the organisation.
- Define prioritisation frameworks and operating principles that support effective decision-making.
Drive Delivery and Platform Growth
- Own and prioritise the Cosmos roadmap and product backlog.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery across platforms, applications, integrations and digital experiences.
- Balance innovation initiatives with platform stability, technical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes, customer value and commercial priorities.
Lead AI and Data Innovation
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled products and intelligent automation across the platform.
- Leverage customer, behavioural and operational insights to inform product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for personalisation, optimisation and smarter decision-making.
- Ensure Cosmos remains a future-ready, scalable and data-driven platform.
Influence at Executive Level
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, investment cases and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Challenge assumptions, align priorities and influence strategic decisions.
- Act as the voice and advocate for Cosmos across TLC Worldwide.

Champion Customer Experience
- Ensure a relentless focus on user needs and customer outcomes.
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams on launches, adoption and go-to-market plans.
- Develop training and enablement strategies that maximise product value.
- Continuously monitor engagement, adoption, satisfaction and business impact.
Who we're looking for:
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibility for digital products and platforms.
- Proven success developing product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product management practices.
- Experience establishing governance, structure and scalable product operating models.
- Track record delivering web platforms, applications and customer-facing digital products.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
- Experience working with distributed and offshore development teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making experience using customer insights and analytics.
Desirable Experience
- Customer engagement, loyalty, rewards, MarTech or customer experience platforms.
- AI-powered products, automation and personalisation technologies.
- Marketing intelligence or data-rich product environments.
- Scaling product functions within high-growth organisations.
- Product Management, Agile or Scrum certifications.
