The Role

Join our Product team as Head of Product Marketing, reporting directly to the VP of Product. In this role, you will own and execute Lucanet's product marketing strategy, building and scaling a high-performing function that translates complex financial software concepts into clear, compelling narratives, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across all target markets.


What you'll do

  • Define and communicate value proposition, positioning, and messaging for Lucanet's product portfolio
  • Build and own a Product Marketing roadmap aligned to product release cycles, marketing timelines, and budgeting cycles
  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns tied to product releases and key events
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Create sales enablement tools, including presentations, product demos, battle cards, and training materials
  • Own solutions marketing content, including use-case narratives and persona-led messaging
  • Translate Lucanet's AI and automation capabilities into market-facing narratives for the CFO persona
  • Shape pricing positioning in partnership with the Pricing and Commercial Strategy function
  • Build and manage a customer evidence programme, including case studies and reference programmes
  • Develop partner-facing enablement materials and co-marketing programmes
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs
  • Establish standard workflows, templates, and repeatable frameworks that scale as the team grows

What you bring to the table

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in financial software or enterprise software is a strong plus
  • Background marketing to finance, accounting, or CFO personas in the mid-market segment is highly desirable
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with proven creative positioning and messaging skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of successful go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in a platform company with multiple product lines and cross-product positioning
  • Highly self-organised with the ability to bring structure to a lean team environment
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Fluent in English
