Head Of Product/ Product Director

£85,000 - £95,000 + Generous Package & Benefits London

Fella & Jones is delighted to be partnering with an exciting luxury lifestyle brand as they search for an exceptional Head of Product / Product Director to join their senior leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role within a growing contemporary luxury business, shaping the product vision while overseeing the journey from initial concept through to final production. Working closely with the founders and creative leadership, you'll ensure every collection delivers against both the creative ambition and commercial objectives of the brand.

We're looking for an experienced product leader with a strong background in premium or luxury fashion who understands how to build commercially successful collections without compromising design integrity.

You will take ownership of the entire product function across womenswear, partnering with Design, Merchandising, Production and Supply Chain to create collections that resonate with the global luxury customer.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading product development, supplier relationships, sourcing, critical path management and production, while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
