Head of Product Strategy & Portfolio – Onsite – Abu Dhabi (20+ years of experience)
Owns the enterprise product strategy and portfolio, ensuring product investments are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable impact. Leads portfolio governance, prioritization, and product operating model across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and multi‑year portfolio roadmap aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead portfolio prioritization and governance, including investment, scale/kill decisions, and value tracking
- Establish and evolve the product operating model, KPIs, and outcome-driven ways of working
- Partner with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Exec leadership to drive scalable, value‑creating products
- Build and mentor senior product leaders across the organization

- Proven experience owning and governing a multi‑product portfolio in a senior product leadership role, with clear accountability for strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes.
