Head of Product & Technology
Our client is one of the world's fastest-growing luxury real estate brands, redefining how Ultra High Net Worth Individuals buy, sell and invest in property through technology, innovation and exceptional client experience.
Operating internationally across luxury residential markets, the business has built a market-leading reputation through its digital-first approach and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth.
They are seeking an experienced Head of Product & Technology to lead technology strategy, product delivery and engineering across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation by delivering a proprietary technology platform that will become the operating system of the business.

Role Overview
- Lead the Product & Technology function across multiple business-critical platforms, driving strategy, delivery and continuous innovation.
- Own the successful delivery of a new proprietary CRM platform, replacing legacy systems and establishing the core operating platform for the business.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap, balancing business priorities across product development, customer experience, automation and internal systems.
- Lead and develop cross-functional Product, Engineering and Design teams, including distributed international resources and external technology partners.
- Work closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to translate commercial objectives into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive rapid product development through agile delivery, MVP thinking and continuous user feedback, enabling the business to innovate at pace.
- Evaluate current technology architecture, integrations and operating models, making strategic decisions around future platforms, build versus buy, and long-term scalability.
- Champion the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs), identifying opportunities to improve products, business processes and operational efficiency.
- Establish strong governance around platform security, data protection, access management and technology risk across all business systems.
- Provide clear executive reporting, roadmap visibility and delivery updates to senior stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Significant experience leading Product, Technology or Digital Transformation functions within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex CRM, SaaS or enterprise platform implementations from concept through to successful deployment.
- Experience leading cross-functional Product, Engineering and Design teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap ownership, agile delivery methodologies and prioritisation.
- Experience working closely with senior executives, founders or board-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and influencing technology direction.
- Demonstrable experience delivering business transformation, digital innovation and operational improvements through technology.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, cloud technologies, data governance and security best practice.
- Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence, automation or Large Language Models (LLMs) within products or business operations.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to balance technology investment against business outcomes.
- Previous experience within Real Estate, Property Technology, Professional Services or another customer-centric technology environment would be highly advantageous.
