Head of Product & Technology
You know that bolting AI onto a legacy CRM is a dead end, you want to build an AI-native operating system from the ground up. As Head of Product & Technology, you’ll take a data-rich, fast-moving real estate advisory and platform business that’s already around 60% of the way there, and architect the core system that powers its next phase of global growth.
You will join a business that operates at the top of the luxury property market, led by a founder and leadership team who are deeply engaged in technology and AI. The business has recorded every conversation, codified how deals get done and spun up multiple micro-apps on modern tooling, and now needs you to turn this into a coherent platform, a secure scalable operating system for independent agents plus a live external B2B product serving clients worldwide.
This is a pivotal role where your decisions on data architecture, AI strategy and deployment will directly shape how the company works, scales and raises funding in the future.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy as Head of Product & Technology, turning the business vision into a practical roadmap across core platform, external B2B product and internal tools.
- Architect and deliver the MVP of an AI-native operating platform to replace a legacy CRM, designing data structures, flows and sandboxing that join currently separate datasets safely and intelligently.
- Align a distributed team in London and offshore, connect the playground hub of micro-apps to the main platform and introduce delivery pipelines so experiments feed durable, well-engineered products while reducing outages.
- Turn proprietary data into high-value AI use cases for agents, dashboards, knowledge retrieval and secure staff tooling that change how work gets done.
- Embed platform security, data protection and risk management into architecture and ways of working, navigating GDPR, EU AI and link-tracking requirements across jurisdictions.
- Work closely with the founder, CEO and COO, challenge unsafe ideas with facts, hold the line on priorities and move quickly to match the business pace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience owning a live, revenue-generating platform as Head of Product & Technology or a similar senior product and technology role.

- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering and design, including distributed or offshore resource.
- Robust judgement on security, privacy and risk, and the ability to explain trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A solutions-oriented, organised mindset: decisive and calm under pressure, able to balance ambition with pragmatism and collaborate closely with a founder.

- Hybrid working in London, with close access to the founder and senior leadership.
