Head of Product – Full-time, Permanent
Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working) Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities
This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring products remain customer-centric and business-aligned.
Core Goals:
- Define & Own Product Strategy for multiple software products—balancing innovation, customer needs, and commercial aspirations
- Lead & Grow the Team:
- Mentor Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Product function
- Translate Vision into Delivery:
- Partner with Engineering to execute roadmaps effectively
- Translate strategy into clear, measurable outcomes (roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs)
- Commercial Acumen:
- Identify new revenue streams and shape propositions
- Drive successful product launches that achieve measurable impact
- Voice of the Product:
- Represent the team to customers, stakeholders and executives
- Architect solutions that align user value with business strategy

Key Experience:
- Proven results in crafting customer-driven product strategies and delivering successful roadmaps
- Proven leadership in tech-savvy environments (software, SaaS, enterprise platforms)
- Commercial intuition: Ability to identify opportunities and balance customer desires with business goals
- Technical fluency: Deep understanding of product architecture, integrations and delivery workflows—without: needing hands-on coding
- Collaboration Mastery:
- Lead productive conversations with Engineering and management
- Inspire Product teams, achieve buy-in for strategies & decisions
