Head of Production – Leading Technology Manufacturer (Near Bristol)
A leading technology manufacturer based near Bristol is seeking an experienced Head of Production to drive performance across a complex, high-value manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting ongoing business growth.

About the Role
The Head of Production will:
- Lead production, stores, and dispatch operations
- Improve processes and champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing outputs

Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance across the manufacturing environment
- Optimise production workflows for efficiency and quality
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Support leadership development within multidisciplinary teams
- Strengthen planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Maintain a commercially aware approach in decision processes
Essential Requirements
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness with a data-driven approach
