About Us

We operate remotely across London, Paris, and Amsterdam, producing international commercial and editorial projects. We represent a curated roster of 7–10 photographers and directors working globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of production for our international projects, collaborating closely with artists, clients, and producers to ensure exceptional deliverables.
  • Manage productions from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, and comprehensive production plans.
  • Oversee logistics, travel, and accommodations across various locations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and crew across multiple countries and territories.
  • Manage and oversee the production team, including freelancers, producers, assistants and interns, ensuring smooth coordination and support.
  • Run own shoots when necessary, maintaining hands-on involvement.
  • Oversee all jobs to ensure consistency in quality, process, and communication, without executing every task personally.
  • Conduct final review and reconciliation checks with producers before project closure.
  • Facilitate team check-ins and daily team calls.
  • Manage initial artist roster communications when the MD/Agent is unavailable.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and artists throughout each project to ensure smooth coordination.

Ideal Candidate

  • In-house Production Company experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in Head of Production role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience producing commercial photography and/or film shoots.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Proven experience managing international productions, logistics, and travel.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and quality control.
  • Calm, collaborative, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing production teams, freelancers, and interns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Details

  • Contract: Freelance maternity cover (12 months)
  • Dates: October 2026 – October 2027
  • Location: Fully remote (UK and European time zones) with the exception of shoots
  • Salary/Day Rate: Dependent on experience
