London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Professional School to lead the growth and performance of our Professional Qualifications division.

This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for the School's academic, operational and commercial success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Vice Rector, you will own the Professional School P&L, drive revenue growth, strengthen accreditation partnerships, and ensure exceptional student outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading the overall performance and growth of the Professional School
  • Owning the P&L, budget and financial performance
  • Driving enrolment growth in partnership with Marketing and Sales
  • Developing new revenue streams, including corporate training and strategic partnerships
  • Managing key accreditation relationships, including ACCA and AAT
  • Enhancing student satisfaction, retention and pass rates
  • Overseeing course quality, curriculum development and digital learning innovation
  • Leading and developing academic faculty and matrix teams across the business

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within professional or higher education
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and degree-level education
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and budget management experience
  • Track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance
  • Experience managing accreditation relationships (ACCA experience highly desirable)
  • Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organisation
