Are you a programme leader who enjoys bringing clarity and momentum to complex transformation?
This London-based Housing Association is looking for a Head of Programme Management to help shape and deliver a significant portfolio of business change.
It's an exciting time to join. With major transformation initiatives underway, you'll play a key role in ensuring programmes are delivered in a way that's well governed, aligned to organisational priorities, and creates meaningful outcomes for customers and colleagues.
This isn't simply about overseeing project plans and governance meetings. They're looking for someone who can bring people together, navigate complexity, and provide the leadership needed to turn ambitious plans into successful outcomes.

As Head of Programme Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of strategic transformation programmes across the organisation.
- Leading and developing a high-performing programme delivery team.
- Driving strong programme governance, assurance, and reporting across a complex change portfolio.
- Managing programme-level risks, dependencies, budgets, and escalations.
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
- Supporting the development of business cases, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement across programme delivery.
They're looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes within large organisations.
- Experience leading and developing programme or project delivery teams.
- A strong understanding of programme governance, assurance, and portfolio management.
- The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, providing both support and constructive challenge.
- A strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to remain close enough to delivery to remove barriers and support teams when required.

Experience within housing would be advantageous, although they're also interested in speaking with candidates from similarly complex and regulated environments.
The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
The salary on offer is £85,000 to £93,000
