Head of Projects (M&E) Northamptonshire – £85k – £90k + package
Location: Northamptonshire (and the Midlands)
About the Role Trevett Services is partnering with a leading service provider to recruit a Head of Projects (M&E). This role will oversee a team of Project Managers to deliver:
- Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Installation Projects
- Building Services Lifecycle Projects
- Minor Fabric Projects
Project values typically range from £50k to £5m, requiring strategic stakeholder management (internal and external). This is an opportunity to lead a highly complex portfolio of projects across a broad geographical area.

Ideal Candidate A Head of Projects or Senior Project Manager with proven experience in delivering time-sensitive and financially intricate M&E projects (essential). Key criteria include:
- Strong record of managing P&Ls (£3m – £8m) efficiently (essential).
- Proficient in managing diverse, complex stakeholder networks (essential).
- Holding a degree in a built environment-related discipline (desirable).
- Possession of a valid SMSTS certification and CSCS card (essential).
- First Aid Training qualification (essential).
