Head of Projects (M&E)
Location: Northamptonshire – Midlands | Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 + package
Trevett Services partners with a leading service provider to recruit a Head of Projects (M&E) based in Northamptonshire (and the Midlands).
The Role
You will lead a team of Project Managers to deliver:
- M&E Installation Projects
- Building Services Lifecycle Projects
- Minor Fabric Projects
Projects typically range between £50k – £5m and will involve detailed stakeholder management (internal and external). Your responsibilities will also include financial oversight (P&Ls) to ensure budgetary success across projects.

About You
Essential Requirements
✅ Proven track record in delivering M&E projects ✅ Experience in managing profit-and-loss accounts (£3m – £8m) ✅ Strong capability in stakeholder management, including internal and external parties ✅ Hold a valid SMSTS certification ✅ Hold a valid CSCS card ✅ First Aid trained

Desirable Qualifications
🔹 Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g., construction management, mechanical/electrical engineering)

- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Report writing abilities
