Head of Projects
Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh's Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's.
About the Role
As the Head of Projects at DMT, you play a crucial role leading the in-house Project's Team and will manage and oversee the construction and maintenance projects across the theatre group's assets.
Responsibilities
- Planning, procurement, and delivery of capital and minor works projects throughout the DMT portfolio.
- Collaboration with teams across all the theatres in the West End.
- Managing two Project Manager's and collaborating closely with the in-house Architect.
- Supporting the Property Director on various projects.
- Guiding projects from inception to completion, and serving as the client lead for larger works.

Requirements
- A background in property or construction, with a proven track record of delivering capital works in a fast-paced environment.
