Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects and Planning to join our team. The role can be a remote role with travel as required to the Newmedica offices (Nottingham and London), events based both in the offices and offsite, and OJV clinics across the country.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide leadership and direction through the development and execution of our business planning processes and governance of performance against our plans. You will also play a key role in supporting the ongoing development of our strategy and embedding project management best practice across the organisation.

You’ll lead the creation and governance of Newmedica’s long-term and annual plans, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear, trackable initiatives and that progress is effectively monitored. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to maintain visibility of active and pipeline projects, manage risks within the planning process, and ensure the organisation remains focused on the activities that will have the greatest impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
