Join Boots Hearingcare at an exciting stage of our growth as we continue to expand our network across the UK and ROI. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead our property strategy, overseeing new store acquisitions, refurbishments, facilities management and maintenance across our retail and office estate.

The role
As Head of Property, you'll be responsible for leading our property function, ensuring our estate supports both our colleagues and customers while enabling future business growth.
You'll:
- Develop and deliver Boots Hearingcare's UK property strategy.
- Lead new store acquisitions, fit-outs, relocations and refurbishment projects.
- Oversee the maintenance and facilities management of our retail and office estate.
- Manage external contractors, landlords and professional partners.
- Ensure compliance with all UK property, planning and Health & Safety legislation.
- Lead and develop the Property and Facilities team.
- Manage budgets and capital expenditure to maximise value and return on investment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic growth and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading property, estates or facilities functions within a multi-site environment.
- Experience delivering new store openings, refurbishments and maintenance programmes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of UK property legislation, planning processes and Health & Safety compliance.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
