Head of Property Maintenance Operations
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property Maintenance Operations to join our Property Maintenance Division at Bernicia. This role will be central to helping achieve our ambitions for the service, in addition to continuing to improve the experience we provide for our customers.

Location
Ashington with occasional travel across our other operational areas, including offices and depots in Durham, Spennymoor and Berwick.
Salary
- £70,536.00 per annum.
- Car allowance of £2,142.00 pa.
- In Lieu of car of £3,250.00 pa.
Contract
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility on hours is expected as a Senior Leadership role.

Role Benefits
- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full-time employees.
