The Role
You will lead a team of Property Managers, responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
However, this is far more than an operational role. We are looking for someone who understands that successful property management isn’t just about operations—it’s about protecting and enhancing asset value. You will work closely with the Founder to ensure the portfolio is proactively managed, opportunities are identified at scale, and operational excellence is maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading, developing, and managing the Property Management Team
- Ensuring full compliance across the entire portfolio
- Driving operational excellence and process improvement
- Supporting acquisition, disposal, and asset enhancement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with Finance and the Directors on portfolio performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve property values and investment returns
- Building a scalable and resilient management structure for future growth
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
✔ Substantial experience in commercial property management, including:
- Managing teams, projects, and portfolios at a senior level
- Proven track record of operational excellence and commercial awareness ✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to drive process improvements ✔ A proactive mindset that can identify opportunities and deliver business impact ✔ Enjoys a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment where decisions are made quickly and contribution is meaningful

We are a successful, family-owned commercial property investment business, with a long-standing portfolio and a demonstrated track record of consistent growth.
Our portfolio is evolving, and we’re now seeking an experienced property professional to join our Senior Management Team and take responsibility for leading the Property Management function with strategic vision.
