Head of Property Management
Location: Paddington, London
Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time
Jefferies London is expanding! We're seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to lead our Property Management function, overseeing our portfolio of prime and super-prime residential properties while delivering exceptional and personalised service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of prime and super-prime residential properties.
- Lead, mentor and support the Property Management team of two, ensuring high levels of performance and client service.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports.
- Manage reactive maintenance issues from initial report through to completion.
- Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations and oversee works.
- Ensure all compliance documentation remains up to date, including gas safety, EICRs, EPCs and other statutory requirements.
- Organise check-ins, check-outs and inventories.
- Resolve maintenance issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain a trusted supplier network.

About You
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' residential property management experience.
- Experience managing prime or high-value residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of UK residential lettings legislation and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
