Head of Quality (Manufacturing)

Are you a Quality Manager or similar from a manufacturing background, looking to head up the UK quality function of a £100 million turnover manufacturer, offering a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you can directly influence the future success of the business?

Are you looking to play an integral part in the ongoing strategic growth of a company you will be proud to work for, with new challenges every day and plenty of responsibility?

In this role, you will be split between managing and hands-on, primarily covering a local site with travel to other UK and international sites when needed. You will handle supplier RCAs, preparing annual budgets, and responsible for maintaining the company's QMS, reporting directly to the UK Head of Operations.

This manufacturing company are leaders in their specialist sector, with hundreds of employees worldwide and a turnover of £100 million. They have medium and long-term growth plans which this role will play a large part in achieving.

This role would suit a Quality Manager, Head of Quality or similar, looking for an exciting new opportunity offering a truly unique role with plenty of responsibilities and challenges.

  • Responsible for the UK's QMS maintenance and development
  • Handling supplier reports, training line managers, and reporting to the UK Head of Operations
