Head of Recruitment
Chelmsford or London | Competitive Basic Salary
At Eurobase People, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious Head of Permanent Recruitment to lead and scale our permanent recruitment division.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to take ownership of a growing business area, shape strategy, develop high performing teams, and play a key role in our long term expansion plans.
Whether you're currently a Billing Manager, Team Leader, Divisional Manager, or Head of Recruitment, this role offers genuine autonomy, influence, and a clear pathway to further leadership opportunities.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Lead and grow our permanent recruitment offering
- Develop and execute a strategy to increase market share and revenue
- Build, mentor and manage recruitment teams
- Drive business development and key client relationships
- Create a high performance culture focused on delivery, quality and results
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business
- Play a key role in our expansion across London and wider European markets

What We're Looking For:
- Proven success within permanent recruitment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong billing track record and commercial awareness
- Ability to develop recruiters and build successful teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
- Experience within technology recruitment is highly desirable
- Ambition to make a genuine impact within a growing business
