Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic but will include core responsibilities like:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to assessment planning, executing:
    • Candidate sourcing & CV screening
    • Interview scripts creation & interview facilitation
  • Build and elevate our employer brand to attract both "shouting talents" and "whispering talents"
  • Oversee the execution, development & automation of our recruiting processes
  • Optimise onboarding in close collaboration with management

Start Date

Flexible (hybrid starts always welcome—please meet our vision). This is an in-office role (Mon-Fri) near Victoria Station, London. Remote work is not available.
