Your Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic but will include core responsibilities like:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to assessment planning, executing:
- Candidate sourcing & CV screening
- Interview scripts creation & interview facilitation
- Build and elevate our employer brand to attract both "shouting talents" and "whispering talents"
- Oversee the execution, development & automation of our recruiting processes
- Optimise onboarding in close collaboration with management

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for principled ownership, proactiveness, and a relentless drive to lead. Passion for people is essential—whether through HR, marketing, sales or your wider experiences. Expected traits:
- Exceptional work ethic with razor-sharp urgency
- Hunger for growth: learn, develop, and constantly push boundaries
- Comfortability with change—we’ll train you, but you must go beyond pre-existing knowledge
- Must-haves:
- UK work permit
- Proven excellence in previous roles
- Authentic curiosity about people—from students to executives
- Natural empathy to make people feel comfortable

Start Date
Flexible (hybrid starts always welcome—please meet our vision). This is an in-office role (Mon-Fri) near Victoria Station, London. Remote work is not available.
