Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of Relationship Management for Airlines and Travel to join our ever-evolving Enterprise EMEA team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive revenue growth across strategic verticals by identifying and capturing new market opportunities that expand Global Payments’ global footprint
  • Lead and inspire multiple teams of relationship managers and people leaders, building a culture of accountability, performance and continuous growth
  • Shape and execute client strategies that strengthen long-term partnerships and increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and convert white space opportunities into profitable business outcomes that accelerate growth and market expansion
  • Use your expertise in global payments and international markets to influence commercial strategy and unlock cross-border opportunities
  • Build and scale high-performing teams by onboarding, mentoring and developing talent to reach their full potential
  • Partner across the business to align on growth priorities, driving innovation and delivering measurable results for clients and the organization

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in airlines and travel industry with a strong understanding of international payments
  • A track record of driving growth and delivering results within high-potential or complex markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into profitable outcomes
  • Extensive experience leading leaders, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams
  • The ability to navigate change with confidence and adapt quickly in an evolving global environment
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
