Head of Retail at Sculpted by Aimee

The mission and vision of this role…

About the Role

Sculpted by Aimee, an internationally recognised beauty brand founded by Aimee Connolly in 2016, has grown exponentially since its launch—established to bridge the gap between high-performance, easy-to-use cosmetics. Hailed as Ireland’s no. 1 mass cosmetics brand in Boots, the brand now operates across 8 countries, +500 retail doors, and serves customers in over 68 countries.

Our mantra? Beauty that’s effortless, radiant and inclusive—backed by award-winning, Leaping Bunny-certified products spanning 140+ variations, including makeup, skincare, and bodycare. Our skincare line, developed in South Korea, leads in innovation and Rapid Growth, and we champion real skin, minimal retouching, and seamless inclusivity.

Exciting growth calls for a seasoned retail leader in a full-time role (base: Dublin, Ireland or UK office with occasional travel).

  • Craft and execute retail strategy aligned with brand/commercial goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in emerging markets, new sites, and future expansion.
  • Own retail budgets, forecasting, performance monitoring, and trade decision-making.
  • Advise on store openings, closures, relocations, and investments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
