About Traffic Label
Traffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space, building scalable products focused on performance, analytics, automation, and intelligent systems across multiple brands and global markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Retention to own and drive our retention strategy across our gaming products and markets.
You will:
- Lead player engagement, lifecycle marketing, promotional strategy, and customer lifetime value optimisation.
- Oversee CRM and Gaming teams, ensuring best-in-class execution across all retention touchpoints.
This role is based in Malta, or Remote Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies across gaming products and markets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the CRM and Gaming teams
- Own promotional strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Create and manage promotional calendars and bonus budgets
- Collaborate closely with Acquisition, VIP, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams
- Analyse:
- Player behaviour
- Campaign performance
- Market trends to inform strategy
- Optimise:
- Player journeys
- Segmentation
- Engagement initiatives
- Manage:
- Supplier and third-party relationships
- Retention tools related to promotions
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation

Skills & Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in a senior Retention, CRM, or Lifecycle role within iGaming
- Strong understanding of:
- Player behaviour
- Segmentation
- Lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus on ROI and player value
- Experience managing:
- Promotional strategies
- Bonus budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous optimisation

Salary: €65,000–€72,000 gross per year, depending on experience
