Head of Revenue – up to £60K base + benefits – Newcastle upon Tyne – permanent role

We are recruiting a Head of Revenue to join a growing software company (B2B) based in Newcastle. The Head of Revenue is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

This role owns the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through to retention and expansion—ensuring a data-driven, customer-centric approach to scaling the business.

The Head of Revenue will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, optimise funnel performance, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You will have 5 Direct reports (2 to be recruited) across Sales, marketing and admin support.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior growth, sales, or marketing leadership role
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable revenue growth in a B2B and/or B2C environment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment
