Job Description
We are recruiting for a Head of Revenue & Pricing, to lead the pricing strategy, rate and occupancy optimisation, along with working on pricing/revenue plans for new product initiatives. A really exciting role where your insights and commercial input will help set the direction and significantly enhance the commercial performance.
The role suits someone who has ideally worked in a multi-location revenue management environment, used to leveraging pricing strategies in a seasonal business, to maximise margins, revenues and occupancy.

- Building initiatives to stimulate demand, using data, booking trends and trading insights to adjust variable pricing/optimise yield and balance demand/availability across the locations and the seasons.
- Leading the weekly trading meeting, sharing insights with the marketing team to show where support is needed.
- Working across the full product mix to maximise revenue opportunities across other revenue streams, such as membership and ancillary, working with the business to build business cases and new product development.
