Overview

Responsible for leading and implementing the revenue strategy for Apex Hotels, driving optimal performance across rooms and non-rooms revenue streams.

Role Overview:

The Head of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the revenue strategy for Apex Hotels across all properties, driving optimal performance across rooms and non-rooms revenue streams. This role ensures that pricing, forecasting, distribution, and inventory decisions maximize total revenue and profitability while supporting the Apex brand, guest experience, and commercial objectives.

As a senior leader within the commercial function, the Head of Revenue Management will shape the group’s revenue culture, embed data-driven decision-making, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth.

Joining the dedicated Revenue Team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Develop and deliver the overall revenue strategy across rooms, M&E, F&B, spa, and ancillary revenue streams to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Lead revenue optimization through analysis of market trends, demand patterns, competitor activity, and dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement revenue growth opportunities through segmentation, pricing, inventory management, channel mix, and product optimization.
  • Oversee pricing, inventory, distribution, and yield management strategies to drive RevPAR, TRevPAR, and overall commercial performance.
  • Lead and optimize distribution across direct, OTA, GDS, corporate, and wholesale channels while reducing acquisition costs and increasing direct bookings.
  • Drive non-rooms revenue performance by developing commercial strategies for M&E, F&B, spa, events, and ancillary services.
  • Champion the use of revenue management systems, business intelligence tools, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key commercial KPIs, providing actionable insights and leading performance improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development to the revenue team, fostering a culture of commercial excellence and continuous improvement.

About you:

You will have a real passion for revenue management across different business segments. You will possess strategic, commercial skills, with previous experience in a senior revenue management role, together with:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven technical and commercial experience in multi-property revenue management within a hotel group.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational detail, providing commercial insights and analysis.
