Head of Revenue Marketing

Head of Revenue Marketing

London, On-Site (Farringdon)

Salary: £90,000–110,000 Hours: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale Travtus' demand-generation and revenue engine.

This strategic leadership role involves driving revenue by defining the iconic customer (ICP) and buyer personas, shaping demand-generation strategies, owning campaigns, and ensuring the entire marketing function aligns with commercial growth. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Content & Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and CEO to turn the company’s vision into quantifiable pipeline contributions and revenue opportunities.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Define and document campaign strategy and architecture for Travtus.
  • Build persona-based and use-case-based campaign frameworks that align with organisational goals.
  • Plan, execute and refine multi-channel campaigns (awareness, B2B, and account-based).
  • Manage paid media (LinkedIn, retargeting, programmatic), ensuring ROI-driven spend.
  • Run email lead nurture and lifecycle programmes to convert prospects.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM), targeting high-value accounts with customised campaigns.
  • Continuously A/B test, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns across all channels.
  • Own pipeline creation and drive sales adoption of campaigns.

Audience & Strategic Direction

  • Define and maintain ICP and buyer/user personas for target audiences.
  • Develop product use cases aligned with customer needs.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and gain insights for enablement & positioning.
  • Drive messaging on product GTM, feature launches, and targeted campaigns.

Sales Enablement (Outbound)

(Note: Battlecards, one-pagers, and case studies are owned by the Head of Content & Product Marketing.)

  • Equip SDRs & Account Executives (AEs) with tailored outreach assets, sequences and messaging.
  • Enhance campaign adoption and effectiveness with Sales leadership.
  • Enable faster conversion via storytelling, email frameworks, and sales collateral.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
