The Role
Revenue Operations Leader & GTM Architect
As Jugo advances into a critical phase of SaaS growth, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Revenue Operations to architect, scale, and mastermind the commercial engine that powers our business.
This is not an administrative RevOps role. We’re searching for a revenue-savvy SaaS operator with the expertise to build predictable revenue models, efficiently scale operations, and align sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership—so those businesses can maintain their profit margins while scaling.
You will become the operational backbone of the go-to-market organisation, transforming Jugo from a founder-led sales business into a data-driven, scalable SaaS enterprise.
You’ll partner directly with our leadership team to design and fine-tune the infrastructure, reporting, systems, and processes that drive sustainable, high-growth revenue.
Why This Role Matters
Today, like many early-stage SaaS companies, much of Jugo’s growth has been driven by relationships, referrals, and founder-led selling.
Scaling this manually will lead to expansion slowdowns or inefficiencies. Instead, Jugo requires a force of nature—a leader who can build the necessary systems, transparency, and discipline to enable predictable growth without bogging the team down in excessive bureaucracy.
This person must help provide clarity on critical questions such as:
- Where is the real pipeline emerging from?
- Which sales channels deliver the best ROI?
- Which market verticals exhibit the highest conversion success?
- What tactics and activities yield the greatest return?
- How can we achieve more accurate forecasting?
- How can we enhance conversion rates?
- How might we reduce sales cycle time?
- How can we improve retention and expansion rates?
- How can we construct a repeatable SaaS revenue model?
What You’ll Do
Revenue Operations & Commercial Intelligence
- Oversee end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Cultivate and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility on business performance.
- Define, implement, and optimize forecasting processes and pipeline governance.
- Continuously track and improve conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey.
- Build revenue models to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

GTM Systems & Infrastructure
- Lead and optimize the entire commercial technology stack.
- Develop a CRM strategy and ensure high adoption rates.
- Improve lead routing, attribution, and reporting.
- Evaluate and implement necessary tools for:
- CRM
- Outreach (outbound sales strategies)
- Proposal management (automation)
- Marketing automation (customer nurturing)
- Customer success platforms
- Intelligence/AI productivity tools optimization
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting.
Sales Productivity & Efficiency
- Work closely with sales teams to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks.
- Improve pipeline generation and conversion performance.
- Identify and maximize conversion perceptions through win/loss trend analysis and optimizing the sales cycle.
- Reduce internal friction in the buying journey.
- Assist in developing account planning and expansion strategies.
Customer Success & Revenue Retention
- Play a leading role in shaping customer success metrics and reporting standards.
- Monitor key indicators like onboarding, adoption, and retention aspects.
- Develop customer health scoring models.
- Support expansion and upsell initiatives.
- Enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR) visibility.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks of customer churn.
Commercial Strategy
Collaborate with senior leadership to:
- Develop SaaS growth strategies.
- Define pricing, roadmaps, and market segmentation models.
- Refine and enhance Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) analysis.
- Implement territory planning and expansion strategies.
- Optimize and measure performance against the partner ecosystem.
- Reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) and maximize efficiency.
Key Demand: Provide actionable recommendations, not just reports.
Data & AI
Jugo’s tech unexpectedly aligns its strengths on communication intelligence and AI.
You’ll take charge in leveraging internal AI tools to elevate:
- Sales productivity: Automation of repetitive tasks, data synthesis.
- Proposal generation: AI-assisted proposals for perfection in buyer outreach.
- Forecasting & pipeline management: Dynamic AI-assisted forecasting systems.
- Customer insights: Advanced data-driven analytics on customer behavior.
- Operational efficiency: AI-driven process mapping and automation.

About You
Successful candidates will thrive in this role if they possess the following:
Core Requirements
- 5–10+ years of applied experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or similar commercial field.
- Deep industry expertise in high-growth SaaS or technology businesses.
- Understanding of Scaling SaaS platforms—from early-stage growth through to maturity phase.
- Proven CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and commercial systems mastery.
- Sharp analytical skills with a commercially minded orientation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Competency in solving problems and creating foundational structure in operations.
- Comfortable thriving in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated experience working closely and effectively with senior leadership for strategy.
- Drive to build rather than maintain operational systems.
