Are you an experienced Head of Reward & Benefits looking to lead the delivery of a reward and benefits agenda.
Location - West Mids - 2 days on-site per week. Travel to other sites.
Salary - £85-95k + CA, Bonus etc
Working with the Director of Reward, you'll help shape reward strategy and turn it into practical, business-wide solutions to improve performance, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and delivering solutions themselves.

You will:
- Deliver a performance-based reward strategy linking pay and results.
- Design and implement job architecture, grading, and pay frameworks.
- Annual pay review process.
- Support executive reward activity & Remco processes.
- Develop and optimise benefits strategy, inc. flex bens, pensions, and well-being.
Your Experience -
- Job evaluation, grading, pay reviews, and incentive design.
- Benefits strategy, governance, and vendor management.
