Head of Risk and Compliance at LGS Stoneygate
Description
Leicester Grammar School Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Head of Risk and Compliance to lead the Trust's approach to governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and sitting within the Trust Support Staff Senior Leadership Team, this newly created role will provide strategic leadership across risk, compliance, governance, data protection, health and safety, and legal liaison. Working closely with Trustees, senior leaders, and colleagues across the Trust, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of governance, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent judgement, integrity, and communication skills, ideally gained within education or another highly regulated environment.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time, all-year-round
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
