Passive Fire Protection (PFP) | UK-wide contracts | Uncapped commission

Location: Manchester (Hybrid) | Travel: UK-wide

Remuneration: c.£70,000 + uncapped commission + benefits

As the business expands, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to shape sales strategy and drive commercial success.

The Opportunity

  • Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own the entire sales function, focusing on new business development and strengthening UK construction sector client relationships.
  • Key role in winning major passive fire protection contracts and growing strategic accounts.
  • Position the business as the preferred provider for contractors, developers, and public sector organisations.
  • Develop long-term partnerships and align Commercial strategy with growth targets.

Supported by strong operational teams, your focus will be top-tier commercial leadership.


The Person

Must-Have Experience:

✔ Proven track record in winning and further expanding Passive Fire Protection projects ✔ Experience selling fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors, or compliance-led PFP solutions ✔ Strong existing network across the UK construction sector ✔ Expertise working with Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors, developers, or public sector clients ✔ Strong commercial leadership skills with a hands-on approach to key accounts

✔ Sales experience in drylining, interior fit-out, M&E, or compliance-led subcontracting (especially with PFP elements)
