Company Description

Lumirithmic, an Imperial College London spin-out, is redefining computer graphics by making Hollywood-grade CGI accessible to everyone. Led by an industry pioneer behind some of the most hyper-realistic VFX ever created, we’re building cutting-edge technology that empowers studios in VFX, gaming, and tech to deliver world-class content at a fraction of today’s cost.

Why this role exists

Lumirithmic needs a hands-on commercial leader who can move comfortably between market strategy and daily execution. You will test outbound, inbound, partnerships, events, communities, referrals and product-led or founder-led routes where appropriate. Your job is to determine where Lumirithmic wins, why it wins and how to repeat it, not simply to increase outreach volume.

What you will own

  • Define the ICP, segmentation, buyer committee and value propositions across VFX, gaming and adjacent technology markets.
  • Build and operate a multi-channel pipeline motion spanning targeted outbound, inbound follow-up, partnerships, referrals, events and strategic communities.
  • Personally open and progress early opportunities while establishing qualification, discovery, demo, proposal and handoff standards.
  • Design controlled GTM experiments with a hypothesis, audience, offer, channel, success threshold and decision date.
  • Own HubSpot architecture and reporting; ensure clean stages, source attribution, next steps, loss reasons and forecast discipline.
  • Create messaging and sequences in Lemlist and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, using AI responsibly for research and personalisation.
  • Coordinate the Account Executive’s named-account plans and the Digital Marketing Manager’s campaign priorities without duplicating ownership.
  • Document what works in a living sales playbook and present recommendations, trade-offs and forecasts directly to leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Learning agenda and early outcomes

  • First 30 days: audit existing evidence; interview customers, prospects and internal stakeholders; publish ICP v1, funnel definitions, baseline metrics and a prioritised experiment backlog.
  • By day 60: run at least three differentiated channel or segment tests; establish weekly pipeline inspection; identify early patterns in response, qualification and buying friction.
  • By day 90: recommend the priority segment-channel-message combinations; produce a repeatable outbound and opportunity-management playbook; deliver an evidence-based pipeline forecast and resourcing plan.

What success looks like

  • A growing, well-qualified pipeline rather than inflated lead volume.
  • Clear evidence about which channels, segments and messages deserve further investment.
  • Reliable CRM data, stage definitions and forecasts leadership can use.
  • A documented sales motion that another seller can adopt.

Skills and experience

  • 6–10+ years in B2B technology sales, including substantial zero-to-one or early-stage experience.
  • Evidence of independently designing and operating a full sales motion, not only managing a mature team or inherited territory.
  • Strong experimentation discipline: cohort design, funnel analysis, attribution caveats and decisions based on incomplete evidence.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sequencing tools such as Lemlist or Apollo.
  • Ability to sell across US and UK markets and adapt to different buying behaviours, time zones and commercial expectations.
  • Excellent discovery, executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Useful: VFX, gaming, computer graphics, creative technology or enterprise workflow experience; partner/channel development; data enrichment; AI-assisted research.

Evidence we will look for

  • One sales motion you built or materially redesigned: starting position, your decisions, channels tested, conversion evidence and commercial result.
  • A GTM assumption you disproved, how the evidence changed your plan and what you stopped doing.
  • A forecast or pipeline review you owned, including the operating metrics and actions that improved its reliability.
