Job Description
As the Head of Sales, you will architect and scale the entire commercial function for LEC AI. You'll lead high-value enterprise deals, manage multiple sales channels, and build a high-performing team from the ground up. This hands-on role reports directly to the COO and shapes the company's pan-European growth strategy.

What You Will Do
- Set the commercial strategy and lead a growing sales team to meet revenue targets across B2B enterprise and specialist markets.
- Own the entire sales cycle for high-value corporate accounts, from relationship building and pipeline management to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate directly with the COO and technical teams to align product selection with market demand and ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record with 7+ years in B2B sales leadership, specifically scaling teams and closing complex enterprise hardware or automation deals.
- Deep existing relationships within the hospitality, retail, facilities management, or property sectors across the UK and European markets.
- Commercially sharp leader who understands margins and ROI, with a genuine passion for the robotics and automation industry.
