Head of Sales | Gift & Lifestyle Products

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + package + pension

Location: South West England (Hybrid)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing, design led consumer products business with an established reputation across the UK and international markets.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving sales strategy across both existing and new business channels. The business has built a strong presence within the gift and lifestyle sector and is now looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the next phase of growth, with a particular focus on developing relationships with major garden centre groups alongside retail, distributor and international partners.

This role would suit a commercially minded Head of Sales with experience in gifts, toys, homewares, stationery, seasonal products or similar consumer goods categories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
