Leading UK Hospitality Trade Association
Location: Central London – Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £60,000 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits
- 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Office closed between Christmas and New Year

The Opportunity
Our client, one of the UK's leading hospitality trade associations, represents tens of thousands of businesses across the hospitality and leisure sector, including hotels, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, visitor attractions, contract caterers, leisure venues, nightclubs, and hospitality suppliers.
They seek a commercially driven Head of Membership to:

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Membership will:
- Develop and execute membership growth strategies
- Attract new hospitality businesses
- Ensure existing members receive exceptional value
- Collaborate with marketing, policy, events, and communications teams to promote membership and enhance commercial offerings
- Represent the association within the hospitality sector
- Engage with senior decision-makers across industries
Visibility: High-profile role with interaction at industry events and as a registred sector ambassador.

About You
- Strong preference for candidates with hospitality, foodservice, or leisure sector sales or operational experience
- Ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting and promoting the hospitality industry
Person Specification
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in business development, membership sales, account management, or commercial sales
- Hospitality, leisure, or foodservice industry knowledge/access (highly advantageous)
- Strong personal or professional network within hospitality
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams
- Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills
- Commercial-minded with a track record of hitting growth targets
- Confident use of CRM systems and pipeline management
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
Passionate about:
- Supporting and promoting the hospitality industry
