Head of Sales
Fooditude is looking for a brilliant, bold and commercially hungry Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, fire up our sales performance and help shape the next chapter of Fooditude growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who lives and breathes sales. You'll own the sales plan, build a strong pipeline and turn brilliant opportunities into long-term, profitable growth across Fooditude and the wider Premium Foods/Sodexo network.
About Fooditude
Fooditude is not your average workplace food company. We're energetic, ambitious, creative and proudly people-focused. We care about brilliant food, brilliant service and brilliant relationships - and we want our sales approach to feel just as fresh, thoughtful and full of personality as the food we serve.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you'll lead Fooditude's sales strategy from the front. You'll set the direction, sharpen the sales process and bring pace, clarity and commercial flair to every stage of the sales cycle.
You'll also play a key role in the senior leadership team, helping shape business strategy, strengthen our brand positioning and spot growth opportunities across Fooditude, Premium Foods and the wider Sodexo group.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
