About the Role
Ads and More is expanding its global presence and is looking for a Head of Sales to drive new business with mobile app owners and advertisers looking to grow their user base through performance marketing. This role owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting app owners and marketing decision-makers, to closing deals for campaigns run via DSP programmatic traffic, Reddit Ads, and other paid acquisition channels. You'll be a key driver of revenue growth and client acquisition globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the UK sales strategy targeting mobile app owners and advertisers seeking user acquisition or app promotion services
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing new client accounts
- Identify and reach out to app publishers, indie developers, and marketing teams at companies with apps to promote
- Sell Ads and More's performance marketing services across DSP programmatic buying and Reddit Ads campaigns, positioning the right channel mix for each client's goals
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, with clear forecasting and reporting to leadership
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, growth/UA managers, founders) at app-owning companies
- Represent Ads and More at industry conferences and app growth/marketing events to generate leads and build brand presence
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure smooth client handoff and long-term retention post-close
- Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Eventually build and lead a sales team as the UK client base grows
- Come with new ideas on how we can boost Ads and More portfolio
- Lead by example, bringing energy, optimism, and a solution-oriented attitude to the sales team
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring leadership always has complete visibility over the pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
