Head of Sales – Catering Equipment (Maintenance and Service)
About the Role
A senior sales leadership opportunity with a growing national service business:
- Lead and develop a team of 5 National Account Managers and their National Account Executive teams
- Strategic role focused on customer retention, growth, and commercial performance
- National remit with a blend of field, home-based, and office working
The Role

- Building a high-performing sales culture

- Coach and develop your sales team of National Account Managers
- Oversee strategic account plans and customer reviews
- Identify new commercial opportunities
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service for multi-site customers
- Play a key role in shaping future sales strategy and performance

Location
- National role with regular UK travel
- Ideal preference: within ~2 hours of the West Midlands
- Office attendance: 1-2 days per week
Requirements
- Proven experience in:
- Leading and developing sales/account management teams
- Managing large, multi-site or national accounts
- Route-to-market sectors (food, drink, chemicals, service contracts or related industries)
- Essential skills:
- Commercial acumen
- Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to build credibility at senior customer/board level
- Full UK driving licence required

The Package
- £75,000 – £80,000 basic salary
- 10-15% annual bonus potential
