Head of Sales
Location: Remote / SE or SW England preference but open
Full-time | Permanent
Successful commercial marketing company, with a strong track record of growing multiple food and drink brands over the last 12 years; now seeking to add strong sales experience to Brand and Category expertise and provide a complete sales and marketing offer. The team also includes strong social media activation and is aiming to be at the forefront of a new breed of hybrid agencies as the retail landscape changes.
The Opportunity
You will come in to head up the sales function. You will work closely with the MD and Account Director and will be driving a force across sales and marketing as they link together for their clients.

Responsibilities include:
- Win meetings with relevant buyers and category heads to achieve profitable growth for clients
- Run pitch meetings
- Develop commercial proposals
- Work as part of a team to deliver strong client growth
The Individual
- Solid proven sales and over-arching commercial experience in FMCG
- Ideally solid past experience in innovative FMCG manufacturing businesses
- Experience in P&L management and overseeing commercial sales plans
- Passionate and experienced in innovative branded FMCG environments
- Happy to work in a small agency-style business where ownership and entrepreneurial spirit are fundamental

It is a home-based role. Both the MD and Account Director live in Bucks hence the South Preference but they are open to your location in England.
