Head of Sales

Head of Sales

Build an International Sales Function. Drive Global Growth. Leave Your Mark.

Some sales roles ask you to manage a pipeline. This one asks you to build the future of a business.

We're recruiting a Head of Sales for an ambitious, growing manufacturer with exciting international ambitions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of developing a scalable dealer network, opening new markets and creating the commercial foundations that will fuel the next phase of growth. If you're entrepreneurial, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape sales strategy while remaining close to customers, dealers and commercial opportunities.

You'll be responsible for growing an international dealer network, identifying new markets, improving commercial processes and helping the business double annual sales over the next 12 months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the company's international sales strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing dealer and distributor partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe, with future expansion into North America and Australia.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting process.
  • Introduce commercial reporting, KPIs and sales processes that support sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to shape the company's commercial direction.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, dealer visits and industry events across international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
