About Our Client
Our client is an international company offering a full infrastructure stack, including:
- Issuer & Acquirer processing
- White-label payment gateway
- Digital banking platform solutions
The company is focused on expanding its presence across multiple regions and scaling its commercial function with a strong, structured sales leadership approach.
Role Overview
Join us as the Head of Sales, where you’ll:
- Define and execute a global sales strategy driving business development & revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales team.
- Expand into new markets with direct impact on the company’s growth.
- Represent the company prominently at industry events.
This is a dynamic and influential position within payments technology.

Market Expansion:
- Identify and enter new markets, establishing a strong regional presence.

Team Leadership & Performance:
- Build, lead, and scale an international sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure consistent performance & accountability.

Representation & Collaboration:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to align commercial efforts.
Requirements
Experience & Technical Knowledge

5+ years in payments technology.

3+ years in a sales leadership role.

Proven track record in selling payment technologies.

Strong understanding of Banks/Fintechs ecosystem needs.

Market Expansion: Driving expansion into new markets and regions.
Soft Skills
- Leadership & Team-Building: Strong ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
- Performance-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Multilingual: Fluent English (international client communication required; extra languages advantageous).
