London (Knightsbridge) | Full-Time

£70,000-£100,000 base + generous performance bonus

Are you the commercial leader who can scale a sales function from the ground up?

LEC Robotics is one of the UK's fastest growing robotics and automation companies. We deploy cutting edge robotic systems into hospitality, retail, leisure, and commercial businesses across the UK and Europe. The market is wide open. The margins are strong. The opportunities are real.

We are hiring a Head of Sales who can build, lead, and scale all commercial activity across multiple channels and product lines. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy, close deals, and develop your team as we grow.

The Reality of This Role

This is not a desk job. You'll spend time on top deals, building key relationships, and proving your approach to your team. You'll be the architect of our commercial function, building processes, hiring talent, and holding the business accountable to targets.

You'll manage multiple sales channels:

  • B2B enterprise accounts
  • Specialist markets (robotic kiosks, emerging products)
  • Online commerce
  • Partnerships across the UK and Europe

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
