Location
UK-based (flexible/home-based) with travel required across key cities such as:
- Manchester, Liverpool, London, Bristol, Leeds, Derby, Birmingham, Cambridge
- Bath, Oxford, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cumbria, Sheffield, Nottingham
Territory
- UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland)

Role Summary
OTE: £117,000+ (salary up to £90,000 + 20% bonus rising to 40%)

Reporting to: Senior commercial leadership team Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers while driving growth in HVAC and industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the UK & Nordic regions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor commercial teams.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in OEM, distributor, and end-user markets.
- Build strategic relationships with:
- OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
- Consultants
- Distributors
- Integrators
- End-user customers
- Drive market penetration and brand positioning across target sectors.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and international commercial teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Meet revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives.
About You
We seek a commercially driven leader with:
- Strong technical sales and business development background, particularly in:
- HVAC
- Drives
- Motors
- Control systems
- Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
- Experience in complex OEM sales environments.
- Multiregional (UK/Scandinavia) or international business development experience (advantageous).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
