Head of Sales, UK
Work on the platform made by clinicians FOR clinicians, with the aim to improve workflow and healthcare logistics.
About The Role
You’ll be at the forefront of transforming clinical workflows by introducing an AI-powered clinician copilot to healthcare providers and partners across the UK healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead UK commercial growth, focussing on generating revenue as well as market expansion
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team across healthcare providers, healthtech partners and other related sectors
- Develop GTM strategies
- Build senior-level partnerships with healthcare organisations and digital health platforms
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting its AI solutions
- Provide market insights, customer needs, healthcare trends, and competitive developments.

About You
- 2 years’ experience working directly with the NHS desirable
- +4 years' experience in sales management minimum
- Experience working directly with NHS, private healthcare organisations or clinical care delivery platforms.
- Background in AI, clinical documentation, speech technology, and/or workflow automation solutions.
- Familiarity with UK healthcare compliance frameworks, NHS procurement structures, data governance, and interoperability standards.
- Experience launching or scaling new healthcare markets within startup or scaleup.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading commercial teams through periods of rapid growth.
